Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans include a 7-day trial so you can test OpsDock before committing.
What support is included?
We help you identify and set up the first process, with higher plans including deeper onboarding and priority support.
What happens after the trial?
You can choose a paid plan or pause. Your data is not deleted immediately after trial expiry.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start small, then upgrade as you add more users, branches, process flows and operating dashboards.
How many users can I add?
Starter includes 25 users and scales to 50 at ₹249/user. Growth includes 50 and scales to 250 at the same rate. Enterprise includes 250 with volume pricing above that, plus a dedicated success manager and SLA support.
Can I add users mid-way through my plan?
Yes. Additional users can be added at any time and are billed pro-rata for the remaining period of your current term.
Which AI agents are included, and which cost extra?
Two are included with every paid plan at no extra cost: the AI Morning Brief, which tells you each morning what is overdue, at risk or waiting on a decision, and creating a process by talking to AI, where you describe a flow by text or speech and AI builds it with steps, owners and TAT. The two that cost extra are AI Auto SOP creation and updation, and the AI Coordinator, which chases pending steps and escalates what is stuck. Those two are the AI Add-on.
How much is the AI Add-on?
The AI Add-on is ₹1,999 per month and includes AI Auto SOP creation and updation plus the AI Coordinator. It is the same price on Starter, Growth and Enterprise because it is priced per workspace, not per plan tier or per user. It is billed on top of your plan, is exclusive of GST, and can be added or removed at any time.
Are there any add-ons beyond the plan price?
Your plan price covers everything listed on it. Optional add-on features and modules — the AI Add-on at ₹1,999/month, additional users beyond your plan limit, custom integrations, extra onboarding or training, and specialised modules — are available on request and are quoted and charged separately. We will always confirm the cost with you before anything is added.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST @18% is charged extra as applicable, and a GST invoice is issued so registered businesses can claim input tax credit.
Is WhatsApp included?
WhatsApp notifications are an add-on on Starter and Growth, and included on Enterprise. Messaging and provider charges are billed separately based on usage.
